And here it is: May’s menu at the farm. It’s a kind of “transition” menu: we are slowly getting ready with new season fields, we still have some jars in the storeroom, fields and meadows are full of wild erbs to forage.
The new berry field is almost ready: this summer we’ll fill our pantry (and bellies) with blackberries, currant, gooseberries and raspberry. Bees are just about to join us at the farm and we are ready to transplant our tiny little veggies (as soon as it stops snowing).
Indeed, we are on the move, as usual.

It is possible to order single dishes. In this case we’ll charge €2,00 on the total.
We are open on Friday and Saturday evening and on Sunday lunch time. For small groups we open on booking.
